Principal Consultant to the Odzer Consultant is Mr. Jigmet Takpa IFS a Visionary environmental leader and Indian Forest Service officer (1990 batch) with over 30 years of experience in forest and wildlife conservation, EIA, biodiversity, renewable energy, and sustainable development. Recognized for landscape-level conservation and international environmental diplomacy, including representing India at COPs of UNCCD and UNFCCC. Founder of Project Snow Leopard and architect of integrated conservation and development strategies in the Himalayas. Expert in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, securing international funding, and delivering evidence-based, actionable outcomes in high-altitude and ecologically fragile regions.
