A visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in forestry, renewable energy, environmental governance, and sustainable infrastructure, Jigmet Takpa is the driving force behind Odzer’s mission to accelerate the transition to clean energy and sustainable development in the Himalayas. As an Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer, former Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Ladakh), and Project Director of the Ladakh Renewable Energy Development Agency, he brings unmatched expertise in policy, project execution, and environmental diplomacy to Odzer’s diverse verticals.
